Our Top Journals Under $15 to Manifest, Reflect and Release

I've had a journal about as long as I can remember. Some kids had sports, others had dance or hanging out with their cousins all summer. During life's every experience, it was just me and my journal. What started as just reflecting on the daily life of a 10-year-old soon became the tell-all confessional of a grown woman with adult problems.

The words always came to me. There was never a time where I didn't know what to say or how to put into a way to even interpret myself. Journaling became its own form of communication eventually. There were things I may not have been able to say in person or on the phone but could perfectly articulate through writing. That's what makes having a journal so beneficial, it's like writing your best friend (who doesn't judge you) a letter every time you pick up a pen.

With  journaling, comes the ability to not only reflect on your daily thoughts, you also have the chance to release emotions and manifest the things in life you want. This is what makes getting and keeping a journal so beneficial. It can be the gateway to happiness and more inner peace.

These are our top journals designed to help you Manifest your dreams, Reflect on your journey, and Release what no longer serves you.
